As a Support Assistant you will be providing administrative support to key business areas within the National Crime Agency.
It will be your responsibility to prioritise work, pay attention to detail and ensure that this work is completed in a timely manner; tight deadlines are often an integral aspect of tasks allocated to Support Assistants. You will be involved in various administration based tasks such as preparation of documents, room bookings and organising events. IT skills plays a vital role in the ability undertake the role of Support Assistant. You will need to be au fait with Microsoft Office and other core systems used by the National Crime Agency.
The duties you will carry out will be varied, with each day bringing a new challenge. Due to the often time critical nature of the activities you need to be able to multi task and prioritise to enable your unit and the wider organisations' ultimate goal in leading the fight against organised crime.
You will be part of a flexible, professional and capable workforce routinely working in a secure environment with a close knit, highly motivated team.

Operational Support Assistant roles are available in the following Commands:

- Economic Crime Command
- Organised Crime Command
