The NCA has the vital mission of leading the UK's fight to cut serious and organised crime. Taking a flexible approach, we find innovative solutions to complex problems, whilst acting with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

To achieve our mission the NCA has a wider remit than our precursors to tackle serious, organised and complex crime; strengthen our borders, fight fraud and cyber crime, and protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation.

To do this, we rely on a multi-skilled workforce with the specialist capabilities to undertake operations to cut serious and organised crime. This means using the latest technology and ground-breaking techniques in order to tackle highly motivated criminals that continuously adapt the ways in which they operate to achieve their criminal objectives.

We aim to deliver operational results in conjunction with our partners, this means achieving criminal justice outcomes, asset recovery, prevention and disruption activity to protect the public and cut crime.

Whatever we do, we treat everyone with dignity and respect; valuing diversity, working in partnership, sharing knowledge and best practice to put the public's interest first. Transparent, open and accountable, we take responsibility for our actions and seek to learn and grow every day.

If you share our values, it's time to share in our fight.
